3. Eligibility

To use our services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age

6. Cancellation and Refunds

Client Cancellations

• Individual Sessions: 24-hour cancellation notice required for full refund
• Group Workshops: 48-hour cancellation notice required
• Corporate Training: Cancellation terms specified in contract
• Online Courses: Refund policy specified at time of purchase

Incardireb Cancellations

If we cancel a session due to circumstances beyond our control:

• We will provide reasonable notice
• Offer rescheduling or full refund
• Not be liable for consequential damages

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days to the original payment method.

No-Show Policy

Failure to attend scheduled sessions without proper notice may result in forfeiture of payment.

7. User Conduct

When using our services, you agree not to:

Professional Environment

We maintain a professional learning environment. Participants must:

• Treat all participants and instructors with respect
• Arrive punctually and prepared

• Follow instructor guidelines and safety protocols

Consequences

Violation of conduct rules may result in removal from sessions, account suspension, or termination of services without refund.

8. Intellectual Property

All content provided by Incardireb, including but not limited to:

• Training materials and curricula
• Presentations and slides
• Videos and audio recordings
• Written guides and handouts
• Website content and design
• Logos and branding materials

is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws and remains the exclusive property of Incardireb.

Limited License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:

• Use materials provided during your training for personal development
• Access and view our website content
• Download resources specifically designated for download

Restrictions

You may not:

• Reproduce, distribute, or publicly display our content
• Modify or create derivative works
• Use our content for commercial purposes without written permission
• Remove copyright or proprietary notices
• Reverse engineer any software or systems

User Content

You retain ownership of content you create or share during sessions, but grant us permission to use such content for educational and improvement purposes.
